I will provide not only Real Estate and Notary services, but I will also act as a resource to help guide my clients to contractors, trades people and other important services in the community that they may require.

                                                         About Roy Cavellini:

I am a licensed Real Estate Brokers who has assisted over 600+ buyers and sellers in the Tri-Valley since 1983.

I provide real estate service in the Alameda and Contra Costa Counties and specialize in the cities of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville.

I am a full service Real Estate Broker with extensive experience and background in assisting local attorneys and their clients with Estates, Trusts and Conservatorships.

                                           Background Information:

I am a native Californian.  I was born and raised in San Francisco and attended Archbishop Riordan High School and The University of San Francisco where I earned a B.S. in Finance.

In 1965 I married Sandra and we were fortunate to live and raise our three children in Pleasanton.

Before entering Real Estate, I was employed by Sears Roebuck and Co. as a Credit Manager and Operating Manager of a Credit Central.  After Sears, I went to I Magnin as the Director of Credit Services for the 25 stores in the U.S.

In 1983, I obtained my Real Estate license and embarked on a new. and as it turned out, successful career.  I worked as a sales agent and Broker - Manager for Harris Real Estate and Prudential California Realty in Pleasanton.

In 2001, I established my own company, Wayside Park Realty, located in Pleasanton. .
